Deploy Talent Pool Terms and Conditions

By opting in to CAPSLOCK’s Deploy Talent Pool, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• To be eligible to join the Deploy Talent Pool, you must:
  
  • Be a UK or Irish citizen, or have indefinite leave to remain or settled status in the UK,
  • Be living full-time in the UK, and
  • Be a learner or alumni on an eligible CAPSLOCK course, or have an offer of enrolment for an eligible CAPSLOCK course
• These requirements are in addition to any/all other course entry requirements.

2. Data sharing agreement

• By opting into the scheme, you consent to us:
  
  • Collecting and storing your CV, employment history, course progress, and job preferences,
  • Sharing this information with employers, recruiters, and trusted hiring partners looking for workforce solutions. This is for the purpose of supporting you into a role.
  • Contacting you about roles that may suit your skills and experience.
• We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, which outlines your rights including access, rectification, erasure, and withdrawal of consent.

3. Withdrawal

• You will be withdrawn from the Deploy Talent Pool if:
  
  • You withdraw from your CAPSLOCK course,
  • You fail to successfully pass your CAPSLOCK course, or
  • You breach the conditions of your learner agreement or terms and conditions of enrolment.
• You may withdraw yourself from the Deploy Talent Pool at any time.
• Withdrawal from the Deploy Talent Pool will end the data-sharing agreement outlined in these terms and conditions. Your data will continue to be retained and processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
• To withdraw from the Deploy Talent Pool, contact careers@capslock.ac.

4. General conditions

• CAPSLOCK reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Deploy Talent Pool with reasonable prior notice.
• Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Deploy Talent Pool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• Opting in to the Deploy Talent Pool constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any other learner agreements and Terms and Conditions that you agree to as part of your enrolment.

5. Tuition fee discount

• New applicants who enrol on an eligible CAPSLOCK course are eligible for a 20% discount on the base tuition fee. Specific terms may vary depending on your payment method.
• To be eligible for the discount, you must opt-in to the Deploy Talent Pool before arranging your tuition funding.
• You are not eligible for any refunds or adjustments by joining the scheme after arranging your tuition funding.
• You will no longer be eligible for the discounted course fees if you withdraw from the Deploy Talent Pool before the first day of your course.
• If you withdraw from the Deploy Talent Pool on or after the first day of your course, the discount already applied to your tuition fee will not be retrospectively removed; however, you will no longer receive job-matching support through the Deploy Talent Pool.
• These discount conditions do not affect your statutory right to cancel your enrolment within 14 days.

  • Confirm your eligibility for joining the Deploy Talent Pool, and
  • Confirm that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.
