Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

• The Referrer must be a CAPSLOCK Alumni (someone who has graduated from a CAPSLOCK course) or a current member of CAPSLOCK staff (someone currently employed by CAPSLOCK).
• The Referee must have a new application to a CAPSLOCK course.
• The Referee must attend a minimum of 10 sessions of the course to qualify.

Referral Process

• The Referee must include the Referrer's Learner ID or a designated referral code in their application form when applying to the course. If the Referee forgets to include this information, they must email the CAPSLOCK admissions team (admissions@capslock.ac) to have it added before the tuition fee arrangement is made.

Discount and Voucher Distribution

• The Referee will receive a £150 discount on their tuition fees - if paying for the course up-front or via a Finance Partner.
• The Referrer will receive a £150 GiftPay voucher upon the Referee’s completion of 10 sessions. GiftPay Terms and Conditions apply to the voucher.
• The voucher will only be issued once the Referee has successfully completed the required 10 sessions.

General Conditions

• CAPSLOCK reserves the right to amend or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Referral Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
